We take customer data protection extremely seriously and follow best industry practices to keep your account up and running.
Customer databases are encrypted at rest and in transit. We also encrypt sensitive system data like API keys, and follow strict procedures for accessing production systems. Account passwords are never stored in plaintext and are not readable by staff.
We do not publish your data, and we do not train our AI with your data.
How is my data protected from the AI system?
Patent Pending Made Simple uses OpenAI’s large language models that have been custom tuned with our patent data.
We use APIs to interact with OpenAI, which enables enterprise grade privacy policies.
Additionally, we’ve signed a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) with OpenAI, which is typically used to ensure HIPPA compliance. It places additional restrictions on us and OpenAI to ensure confidentiality. Read more via the links above.
Can I protect any type of invention with this software?
No. Patent Pending Made Simple is designed to help you protect hardware or apparatus/device based inventions & software based inventions.
It is not designed to help protect small molecule, biologic, or plant based inventions.
Can your software help me with a non-provisional app?
No. Our software is designed specifically to help you with a provisional application.
